Steering Committee

 

WA-MS is led by a Steering Committee composed of delegates of the three founding member societies. Each founding member has six delegates, which includes the President, Secretary and Treasurer, which are provided by the presiding Society. Appointment of the delegates in the Steering Committee will be done by the individual founding societies. These delegates have the duty to initiate the activities of the Association, and to ensure the functioning of the Association in meeting its objectives as defined in the constitution.

 

Working Groups

 

The activities of the Association will be carried out in Working Groups, initiated by the Steering Committee. All members can participate in these working groups. Members of the World Association of Membrane Societies may have one formal representative in each working group, but there is no restriction on participation in the meetings of the working groups.
